Returns & Exchanges

If for whatever reason you don’t love your new bikinis, you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. We are unable to offer you a refund after 14 days have passed.

To be eligible for a return your item must be new, unworn, and in the same condition as when you bought it with the hygiene sticker and all tags still attached. You must also return the original cotton drawstring bag it came with.

For sanitary reasons, please try on your swimwear over your underwear. We will not accept returned items that are worn or are soiled/stained.

We are happy to offer a 100% refund if you meet these conditions.

Please Note:

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • The shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

We reserve all rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the customer has breached our returns policy.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of item, we will process your return. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be confirmed. We will email you with the details of your refund once it’s been processed!

If you wish to get a refund, please click the 'REQUEST A RETURN' button below and follow the prompts to start your return. Please state the reason for your return (we’d love as much feedback as possible!).

Please note: Any returns not received by our team 1 month after return request date will be declined.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Log in to your account via the 'REQUEST A RETURN' button above, or the profile icon in the top right corner of this screen
  2. Enter the email address you used when placing your order.
  3. You'll receive an email containing a one-time code. Enter this code to enter your account.
  4. Select the order you want to submit a return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) you wish to return.
  6. Select a return reason, and add a note for us (we'd love as much feedback as possible).
  7. Click Request Return.
  8. If your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a shipping label attached. Put the bikinis you are returning in a mailing bag, attach the shipping label to the front, and send it to the address stated on the label.
